The location of the hotel was perfect, only a short distance from the airport. This made it convenient for getting to and from our flights quickly and easily. the hotel offered bicycle rentals, which allowed us to explore the surrounding area and easily reach the nearby bus stop for trips into Venice.
The breakfast options offered at the hotel were limited.

Silvia - the host - is friendly and provides excellent hospitality. The house is spotless - cozy, and well-furnished with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-equipped for meals at home. The property is conveniently located near the main route between Marco Polo airport and Venice - with easy access to public transportation. Silvia provides bus tickets and bikes for guests' use.
Would definitely recommend.
